Building 1

Building 1 is located at 126 Chalan San Antonio, Tamuning, Guam 96913. It is a 3-storey, LEEDS Silver Certified, reinforced concrete structure with a gross building area of 17,606 square feet. It was completed in 2013. It houses PFC Finance as its single tenant. The building is ADA compliant and has a drive through facility, a 300KW power generator (with ATS), an elevator, over 80 parking stalls plus an additional 100 employee parking stalls (with solar powered lighting) in common use at the rear. The building is semi-fenced and has on-site security, a CCTV surveillance system, landscaping, trash and cardboard disposal sevices.

 

CAMACHO LANDMARK CENTER: 
Building 2

Building 2 is located at 541 South Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96913. It is a 2-storey multiple tenant reinforced concrete structure with a gross building area of 14,624 square feet. It was completed in the early 1970's. It houses a variety of tenants including a credit union with ATM, a pharmacy (coming soon), a restaurant, an insurance broker, a beauty salon, development and investment firms, a software & technical consulting firm. The building has an insulated roof, emergency 500KW power generator (with ATS), over 60 parking stalls plus an additional 100 employee parking stalls (with solar powered lighting) in common use at the rear. The building is semi-fenced and has on-site security, a CCTV surveillance system, landscaping, trash and cardboard disposal services.

 

CAMACHO LANDMARK CENTER: 
Building 3

Building 3 is located at 509 South Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96913. It is a 2-storey multiple tenant reinforced concrete structure with a gross building area of 22,352 square feet. It was completed in 2017. It houses a variety of tenants including a coffee shop, a credit union ATM, a telecommunications retail center, an insurance agency, a federal recruiting office, an international shipping agency, a fitness facility, and administrative offices. The building is ADA compliant and has impact resistant glass windows, a drive through facility, an emergency 500KW power generator (with ATS), an elevator, over 100 parking stalls plus an additional 100 employee parking stalls (with solar powered lighting) in common use at the rear. The building is semi-fenced and has on-site security, a CCTV surveillance system, landscaping, trash and cardboard disposal services.
